Refund policy

Cancellations: Since our items are printed on-demand, you may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Refunds for Custom Products: Because our products (such as personalized GPX route maps) are custom-made to your specific data and specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders unless the product arrives physically damaged or defective.

Returns for Standard Products: For non-customized home decor items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items: We take immense care in packaging our art. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email us at shop@arvu.in within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos of the damage. We will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.
